California Consumers – Privacy Notice Addendum

[effective 17th January 2022]

This page supplements the TwiceBy LLC Privacy Policy and applies to California consumers.

Changes to the privacy policy will be notified by email to persons for whom TwiceBy LLC stores data.

CCPA provides the following rights for California Consumers:

1. The right to request disclosure of data collection and sales practices in connection with the yourself, including the categories of personal information collected, the source of the information, use of the information and, if the information was disclosed or sold to third parties, the categories of personal information disclosed or sold to third parties and the categories of third parties to whom such information was disclosed or sold;
2. The right to request a copy of the specific personal information collected about you during the 12 months before their request (together with right #1, a “personal information request”);
3. The right to have such information deleted (with exceptions);
4. The right to request that your personal information not be sold to third parties, if applicable; and
5. The right not to be discriminated against because you exercised any of these rights.

With reference to rights (2) and (3) above, to request a copy of your personal information that we hold, or to request that your information be deleted, please use the contact form on the website or the toll free number, as provided below.

A personal information request can be made twice in any 12 month period. TwiceBy LLC will need to verify your identity before providing such information. You will receive a response within 45 days of making the request.

With reference to rights (1) and (4) we, TwiceBy LLC, do not sell your information to third parties.

The Table below provides how TwiceBy LLC processes California consumers personal information based on definitions laid out in the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”).

Information used for identification: Your name, userid, email address	To identify you for the purpose of managing your account and communicating with you.	Information is collected when you register for an account	TwiceBy LLC will disclose your user id to other users so that you can communicate with other users. your name and email address is not disclosed to third parties unless required by law.
Geolocation data	To facilitate networking opportunities on the TwiceBy Phone App and Website	You agree that this information is collected whilst using the TwiceBy app.	Geolocation data is only used for the purposes of matching users based off proximity.
